2016 Education Summit Volunteer Information

Thank you for volunteering for the Education Summit on Saturday, February 13th, 2016. We are grateful for your assistance. Below are a few reminders to help you prepare for your volunteer work.

Arrival Time: All volunteers are asked to arrive at the University Gymnasium on Saturday, February 13th at 7:00 a.m. Please try and come early to give yourself ample time to find parking in anticipation of beginning your volunteer duties at 7:00 a.m. It would be best to park in Lot A, if possible, because it is located directly in front of the gym.

Attire: Volunteers are asked to wear a CSUEB shirt, red shirt, or black shirt with black/khaki pants or jeans. If you are volunteering from another college, you may wear a shirt with your campus logo. Remember that you will be representing your organization so please dress appropriately. It may be helpful to bring a jacket, scarves, and gloves, because a lot of your volunteer tasks will be taking place outside. A volunteer name badge will be provided.

Personal Items: Please note to keep your personal items to a minimum, as there will be no place to store these items (i.e. purses/backpacks).

Volunteer Check-In & Assignments: You will be receiving a final detailed confirmation email before the event that will include check-in and assignment information.
