One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided for your organization unless otherwise requested.
Please plan to setup between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and break down at 2:00 p.m. Please clean up your immediate area of any litter before leaving. Tents and umbrellas are allowed.
"No-shows" run the risk of cancellation; if you do not arrive by 11:00 a.m., we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and release your table to an organization on the waiting list.
